Khoobee, founded by Surabhi Jain in 2013. When Ms. Surabhi Jain first started the business, it was only with women’s purses, each individually crafted, using a small team of artisans which she brought together. Keeping in line with the developments with bags, they expanded their capabilities to include table accessories, men’s section for accessories, lifestyle products & kids range. 

Surabhi Jain, the mind behind “Khoobee” has graduated from National Institute of Fashion technology, Hyderabad as a Fashion and Lifestyle Accessory designer. Being from the city Jaipur of the State Rajasthan in India, she was surrounded by color, culture and tradition, all of which are perks that over time have proven to provide her with unlimited inspiration and imagination.

Design has always been Ms. Jain’s first love and at the very initial stage she realized the importance of creating original collections for their clients. She designs the products specially crafted to address the specific requirements of the markets they work with.

Design in general can come in different styles wherein she focuses on the material, form, color, texture, function and ergonomics. She believes in texture , physical or visual – “More the merrier”. She creates texture through bright colors blocked with neutrals , bold prints, weaves, embossing, patch work, laser cutting, riveting, quilting, and even by using traditional handcrafted fabrics from different states of India. She creates simple yet dramatic 1 or 2 tone abstract geometric products in dramatic bright solid colors as well as metallic gold and silver. Her products have an especially modern contemporary look and feel which is perfect for the modern home or office or to carry.

At KHOOBEE we combine utilitarian shapes and colorful palettes.We aim to create the perfect handbags that would be “timeless” and “more personal, less serious”.Our bags are a mix of Fun, Fashionable and Functional.
